A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Donnie Jarreau co-founded Spectrum Fitness, Inc., a health club that grew to nine locations in the greater Baton Rouge area. He sold his last Spectrum Fitness location in 2009 to focus on the real estate industry. After spending nearly a decade successfully building a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, Donnie co-founded REGYMEN in 2017. Today, he is the driving force behind the REGYMEN brand, providing vision, leadership, funding, as well as diverse real estate knowledge.
Outside of his career work, Donnie is a dedicated volunteer with several local organizations. He is the proud father of six children and enjoys coaching them in their various sports.
Thomas E. O’Keefe
General Counsel/Board Member
Thomas E. O’Keefe brings 27 years of leadership and legal advisory experience in franchising to the REGYMEN team. He is the former president and chief operating officer of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. as well as the former executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer for Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. based in Heathrow, Florida.
Thomas has worked with REGYMEN since late 2017 and shares his broad expertise in franchise operations and legal compliance. Prior to entering the private practice of law and business consulting, he worked with notable fitness franchises, including Anytime Fitness, LLC.
His hobbies include sports and spending time with family. He is happily married with three children.
Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder
Capitalizing on nearly two decades in the health and fitness industry, Edward Navan is REGYMEN’s co-founder and the heart of the company’s progressive, engaging platform. His experience as a club owner and operator, personal trainer, sales representative, and consultant have afforded him a deep bank of knowledge related to studio design, lease negotiations, and personnel recruitment and training.
In the series of ups and downs that come with growing an idea into a true concept, Edward has become an advocate of fostering company culture, especially one that places great value on employees, members, and feedback. He is fortunate to have learned that attention to the smallest of details allows for delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
In addition to broad real-world experience he earned his degree in exercise physiology and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and anything that involves good food.
Eric “Troy” Archer
Co-Founder and Vice President of Construction and Logistics
Eric T. Archer’s experience in health and fitness club management dates back to 1992 when he co-founded Spectrum Fitness, Inc. Under his direction the Spectrum brand was named one of the Top 100 Health Clubs by Club Industry Magazine four years in a row.
Since 1995, Eric has co-owned and been employed by F&M, a management company specializing in the operation and management of health and fitness clubs. He supports REGYMEN with the day to day logistics, as well as site buildout, construction, and design.
Eric is most proud of his accomplishments outside of his career. His community involvement includes nine years of service as a logistics team board member for the American Heart Association. He also heads charity fundraising that donates sports equipment to local schools, focuses on childhood obesity issues, and offers outdoor outreach programs for kids at risk. Eric and Donnie Jarreau founded the Everybody Plays Sports Foundation in 2007.
Eric loves to spend time enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. You can frequently find him running trail races with his son. He describes himself as a 49-year-old kid that refuses to grow up.
Chief Operating Officer
Nick Binnings has been launching businesses and franchises for nearly two decades. Now REGYMEN’s Chief Operating Officer, his expertise is helping new REGYMEN franchisees take flight with targeted brand development, sales strategy, and site selection.
Nick’s background in business growth includes working with national and local brands to establish long-term growth plans. He also has experience helping retail tenants secure locations and site development for credit tenants.
His preferred pastimes are being with his family in Mandeville, offshore fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Director of Operations, Training, and Local Marketing
Drawing on her management experience in boutique studios producing $1 million+ in yearly revenue, Tatum Crews works directly with franchisees to help them become successful community leaders. She is passionate about continued professional development both in the service excellence and leaderships spheres. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.
Not only is fitness a huge part of her life professionally, Tatum also stays extremely active in her personal life. She is an avid fitness competitor, weight lifter, and runner. She loves to travel and spend her free time with her daughter, Nova.
Director of Coach Development and Programming
While studying for his bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee, Josh Whisman discovered his passion for fitness and wellness. Today he has 15+ years experience in collegiate coaching, fitness, athletic performance, and strength and conditioning. He has taught more than 5,000 group personal training classes, trained and developed hundreds of coaches, and provided programming for more than 500 fitness studios.
Joshua believes in the importance of building culture and program variety to help members achieve their goals. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also holds a certification as a Suspension Bodyweight Trainer.
When not spending time at the gym, Joshua enjoys rooting for his hometown Ohio State Buckeyes, traveling, spending time with his family, and binge-watching Netflix.
Currently the controller for REGYMEN, Troy is no novice to the fitness industry. His more than 25 years of industry experience includes club ownership, management, and personal training. He directed his own club for 17 years and fully understands the triumphs and challenges of fitness club ownership. Troy has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in exercise physiology.
When he’s not keeping the company numbers in check, Troy can be found golfing or watching football, his favorite sport of all time. He loves spending time with his family, especially his 12-year-old son.
Regional Fitness Director
Scott Russell brings diverse experience as a personal fitness trainer to his role as the regional coach of corporate studios. Before moving to Louisiana to join REGYMEN, Scott was a recognized certified trainer and fitness coach in Chicago, IL and Charleston, SC where he coached thousands of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. He holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology as well as certifications in personal training, nutrition, and functional movement.
Once he’s finished his own fitness training, there’s nowhere he’d rather be than on the water. Fishing, surfing, swimming, and laid-back beach days are Scott’s favorite pastimes. He also loves wrestling with his 3-year-old mixed shepherd.
Co-owner, Pensacola location + Corporate Manager of Technology
Leah Seacrest experienced her first group fitness class at age 16 and now has more than 25 years of experience teaching fitness, managing group fitness programming, and directing wellness programs.
Dubbed a “certification junkie,” Leah holds certifications in a wide variety of exercise formats, including yoga, kickboxing, Les Mills programs, and the Stott Pilates® Intensive Reformer Program. She is a certified TRX Rip Training® instructor, certified World Paddle Association (WPA) Class II instructor, certified Level 3 PaddleFit instructor, and has earned her Performance Enhancement Specialist credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Originally from Georgia, she has embraced the Florida lifestyle, sunshine, and salt water. When not teaching or at the gym, Leah loves to paddleboard and spend time with her husband, Bill, and their three energetic children. Given the chance, she’ll eat her weight in sushi.
